产褥期妇女需要的营养与热量很高,要超过妊娠后期。此期的产妇身体虚弱,食欲不佳并消化吸收能力较差,既要补足因分娩所消耗的能量和体力又要补充因哺乳而透支的营养与热量。所以,进食应坚持以高蛋白,低脂肪,充足的维生素、微量元素、水及膳食纤维的平衡为主并要保证热量,易于消化和吸收的饮食原则。各种营养素平衡搭配,保障供给,才能保证乳汁的质量,满足婴儿的需要,使产褥期妇女的身体尽快恢复到正常水平。
