针对烧结环冷机工况发生较大变化时,余热锅炉汽包水位容易出现“虚假水位”现象,导致其串级三冲量控制系统不能投入自动运行,必须改为手动控制,对汽包水位的动态特性进行了充分的分析,在串级三冲量控制方式的基础上,引入模糊神经控制算法,将基于RBF的模糊神经网络与参数在线自整定PID的复合控制策略应用到烧结环冷机排气端的余热锅炉汽包水位的控制系统。仿真结果表明,该控制方案具有较强的稳定性和适应性,与传统的PID控制方案相比,能有效地克服蒸汽流量扰动和给水流量扰动,且在对象参数变化较大时仍能获得良好的动静态性能和鲁棒性,实现了汽包水位的自适应调节。
