为研究木质沥青混合料的性能优势,采用应力、应变、泊松比和比强度对木质沥青混合料与石质沥青混合料进行了力学性能比较;利用GB反弹系数和吸声系数,对木质沥青混合料和石质沥青混合料的弹性性能和降噪性能进行了比较。结果表明:木质沥青混合料的应力-应变曲线平缓,呈柔性破坏,且泊松比高出石质沥青混合料60%~80%,抗压比强度和劈裂比强度与石质混合料相比高出10%~20%;木质沥青混合料的GB反弹系数为石质沥青混合料的1/9~1/2,表明木质沥青混合料具有更加优异的弹性恢复能力;木质沥青混合料的吸声系数超过石质沥青混合料1倍以上,表现出良好的吸声性能。
In order to study the performance advantage of wood asphalt mixture, the mechanical properties of wood asphalt mixture and stone asphalt mixture were compared by using the stress, strain, Poisson’s ratio and specific strength. By using GBR and sound absorption coefficient, Elastic properties and noise reduction performance of the mixture and stone asphalt mixture were compared. The results show that the stress-strain curve of wood asphalt mixture is gentle and flexible, and the Poisson’s ratio is 60% -80% higher than that of stone asphalt mixture. Compressive strength and splitting strength are better than stone mixture Which is 10% ~ 20% higher than that of wood asphalt mixture. The GB rebound coefficient of wood asphalt mixture is 1 / 9-1 / 2 of that of stone asphalt mixture, indicating that wood asphalt mixture has more excellent elastic recovery ability. Sound coefficient more than 1 times more than stone asphalt mixture, showing good sound absorption performance.
