以金属板料拉深成形时凸模圆角处和凸缘区金属的变形为基础,提出了一个确定板料成形时极限拉深系数的判据。该判据可用于定量研究材质和成形工艺参数对极限拉深系数mk值的影响。并且,在金属板料拉深成形时凸模圆角处金属的变形分析的基础上,应用本文判据导出了平底杯型件拉深时极限拉深系数的计算式。同时,从计算结果的分析中,进一步阐明了板料拉深时合理工艺参数的选择依据。试验结果表明:该判据确定的极限拉深系数mk值准确,且其适用性强。
Based on the deformation of the corners of the punch and the metal in the flange during the deep drawing of the metal sheet, a criterion was established to determine the limit drawing coefficient of the sheet. This criterion can be used to quantitatively study the effects of material and forming process parameters on the mk value of the limiting draw ratio. In addition, based on the metal deformation analysis at the fillet of the punch during deep drawing of the metal sheet, the formula for calculating the limit drawing coefficient of the drawing of the flat bottom cup is derived by applying the criteria herein. At the same time, from the analysis of the calculation results, the selection basis of reasonable process parameters for the deep drawing of the sheet is further clarified. The experimental results show that the limit draw coefficient mk determined by this criterion is accurate and its applicability is strong.
