历史教学主要的要求是在以马克思主义的立场、观点和方法来评述历史现象、历史人物,揭示历史的规律性,给予学生以必要的历史知识和思想教育。依据这个精神,每一堂课的教学目的,不宜订得太大,以免流于空泛笼统。我们在提出教学目的时候,不仅考虑到当前这一堂课的教学目的,而且要考虑到它和一个单元、和一册课本的教学目的关系,使之成为整个教学过程中不可分割的一环。讲授历史,向学生进行思想教育是必要的,但思想教育要寓于史料之中,若脱离史料,把思想教育的目的提得太高,大而无当,势必影响到教学任务的完成。讲某一次农民革命,有人会提出这样的教学目的:“通过××农民战争的讲述,使学生认识农民战争是中国封
