我厂地处云贵高原,气候潮湿,在生产过程中,钢铁零件在工序间经常因锈蚀影响生产进度,造成人力物力的浪费,有时甚至造成零件的报废。为此我们广泛收集资料,从中筛选出既经济又适用的方法,通过试验加以改进。1990年试验出钢铁表面除锈防锈液,并已在生产中应用,取得了较好的效果。 1.溶液的成分主要采用乳化剂、防锈剂、膜转换剂及一些辅助剂加水配制而成。 2.溶液使用温度20~65℃比较理想,冬天应适当加温,保持快速处理。 3.使用方法:浸泡、刷洗、喷淋均可。处理后的零件可吹干、凉干或擦干,但不得叠放或水洗。 4.溶液的特点 (1)使用时不受场地和零件复杂程度的限制。 (2)在同一种溶液里可同时达到除油(微量油污)除锈防锈的目的。处理后的钢铁件半年内不生锈。

The treated parts can be blow dried, dried or wiped dry, but not stacked or washed. 4. The characteristics of the solution (1) the use of space and parts from the complexity of the restrictions. (2) in the same solution can achieve the purpose of degreasing (micro-oil) rust rust. The treated steel does not rust within six months.
