近些年来,我国大力推行人才培养模式改革,并且针对职业教育,提出“能力本位”的人才培养要求。在教学过程当中,传授知识体系内容不再是教学的根本目的,而是将学生的实践能力以及综合运用能力作为衡量教学水平的根本与标准。在此背景之下,该文就将针对高职院校课程建设现状展开分析和探究,深入研究未来高职院校应该如何适应能力本位的人才培养目标和方向,从而修改与制定课程标准体系,以期为相关的高职院校人才培养提供参考与帮助。
