一、概述研制与生产满足特定要求的真空膜盒是一项复杂的任务。若要求膜盒位移与被测压力呈线性关系,一般是较易达到,而在20~30km高度时,要求位移与所测量的大气高度呈线性关系就不容易了。图1第一象限中,画出了膜盒位移W与测量大气高度H基本呈线性关系的曲线。第四象限内为大气静压与高度关系的曲线。在图1第二象限中用图解法得到W与P_H的关系曲线。由该曲线可以看出:当P_H从760mmHg均匀减小时,其位移急剧增加,呈现强烈的渐增特性,使这种膜盒的试制十
I. Overview It is a complicated task to develop and manufacture a vacuum capsule that meets specific requirements. If the displacement of the capsule is required to be linear with the measured pressure, it is generally easier to achieve.
