目前低压电器作温升测定时,一般都采用热电偶法、即用电位差汁或数字电压表测出热电偶两端的电位差,然后,通过查表,计算求得温升。在测试点数较多的情况下,测试人员的工作量就很大,而且还存在着人为的读数误差和计算误差。针对这种情况,我们研制了温度巡回检测仪。它以TP801单板机为主体,可自动对126个测试点进行巡回检测,由打印机直接打印出温升值,同时对该点温发是否稳定或是否越限作出相应标记。其温度测量范围为0℃~100℃,分辨率为0.025℃,采样速度每点1.5秒。
