Objective To detect the expression of Bad, Noxa protein in gastric cancer tissues and its relationship with apoptosis, and to explore its role and significance in gastric cancer pathogenesis.Methods Bad and Noxa protein in 40 gastric carcinoma tissues and 40 paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique.The cell apoptosis in gastric tissue was detected by TUNEL.
