PRRS引起猪繁殖与呼吸系统疾病,是给养猪业带来重要经济损失的猪病.猪繁殖与呼吸系统综合征病毒(PRRSV)的复制酶非结构蛋白2(Nsp2)被认为是PRRSV基因组中最易变区域.本综述讨论了PRRSV Nsp2的分子生物学特性和免疫学功能及它与病毒致病性的关系,阐述了Nsp2在细胞和组织嗜性,PRRSV复制增殖、变异和致病性中的作用,PRRSV Nsp2基因的遗传变异明显,如点突变、核苷酸的插入或缺失.Nsp2特定区域的变化能够改变PRRSV对细胞或组织的嗜性,基于TJ株F19代和致弱毒TJM株体内滴度的区别推断TJ F19代和TJM在体内的细胞嗜性是不同的,进一步导致毒力减弱.Nsp2蛋白参与病毒复制复合体形成过程中多聚蛋白的集成.
