Objective To detect the histopathological differences between forceps biopsy (EFB) and endoscopic mucosal resection (ESD) resected specimen in early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,and to investigate the diagnose value and safety of ESD for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods We reviewed patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer or precancerous lesions by endoscopic forceps biopsy and treated with ESD.From June 2012 June 2013, a total of 129 subjects were included.
