大豆即黄豆,是一种在全国各地都有栽培的豆科植物,因其营养丰富,是蛋白质最廉价的来源,使大豆成为世界上最重要的豆类之一。大豆不仅营养丰富,也极易消化,经常食用大豆不但可以提高自身免疫力,还具有增强骨骼生长等很多好处。因此,越来越多的人们开始食用大豆,越来越多的农民开始栽培大豆。但是,对于种植大豆的农民朋友来说,能否收获保质保量的大豆至关重要,所以栽培大豆要讲究一定的技术和方法。
