With the improvement of living standards and the improvement of school canteens, the proportion of students who prepare their own food in rural boarding schools declines year by year. However, some students still choose to consume their own food for various reasons. In May 2012, a survey of 127 primary and secondary schools in Lishui City showed that there were a total of 30 553 students in primary and secondary schools, 11 351 live-from-home students, accounting for 37.15% of the total number of students. Owned dishes due to eating a long time, and no refrigeration or heating, easily lead to the breeding of microorganisms, resulting in food safety issues. To understand Zhejiang
