过去,航空公司及其维修供应商、零部件供应商之间根本不愿意相互共享信息;而现在,各方都开始认识到协作的智能综合维修规划方法有助于提升整个供应链流程的效率、提高零部件的可用性,因此是应该打破之前的那种传统对立关系的时候了,这也是供应链管理的发展新趋势。在许多传统的组织机构中,航空公司、维修供应商、零部件供应商之间关于信息共享的问题一直存在着闭口不谈,甚至是对立的色彩。但现在美国航空(American Airlines)正在努力改变他们三者之间的关系。就像在其他很多行业中一样,供应商在维修行业中也被大家视作天敌,但现在亟需改变这种观点。
In the past, airlines and their service providers and component suppliers were not willing to share information with each other at all. Now, however, all parties are beginning to recognize that a collaborative approach to intelligent integrated maintenance planning can help improve the efficiency of the entire supply chain process. Improve the availability of components, it is time to break the previous traditional antagonistic relationship, which is also a new trend of development of supply chain management. In many traditional organizations, the issue of information sharing between airlines, service providers, and component suppliers has always been silent and even antagonistic. But now American Airlines is trying to change the relationship between the three of them. As in many other industries, suppliers are also seen as natural enemies in the maintenance industry, but it is an urgent need to change that view.
