语文教学活动的组织能力,是指施教者引导受教者将课内与课外的语文(语言、文章、文学)中智育的“真”、德育的“善”、美育的“美”等诸种关系达到和谐一致的一种教学实践能力,它是施教者的教学能力的主要方面。控制语文课堂教学的目标、把握语文课堂教学的节奏、营造语文课堂教学的氛围等语文课堂教学的组织能力和确立语文课外活动的地位、抓住语文课外活动的特点、注重语文课外活动的形式等语文课外活动的组织能力是施教者必须具备的基本功之一,因而施教者只有努力加强多方面的修养,才能在教学过程中成竹在胸、应付裕如,并有效达到塑造“求真”、“向善”、“崇美”的创造性的人才和“健全的人格”的理想目标与“人的发展和完整性建构”的全新境域,从而为构筑特色鲜明的“真善美融合”的语文教育理论大厦做出应有的贡献。
