本文报道Iq7613合并放疗对小鼠Ehrlich腹水肿瘤细胞(简称EAC细胞)的放射增敏效果.我们用体内→体内的方法观察了Iq7613与放疗合用对小鼠接种EAC细胞后第1、4.6、10天的放射增敏效果,敏增比(ER)分别为0.85、1.7O、3.39和1.13.Iq7613的放射增敏作用对接种后第6天的低氧压细胞最为明显.我们的结果表明Iq7613对乏氧肿瘤细胞具有选择性杀伤作用.
This article reported the radiosensitization effect of Iq7613 combined with radiotherapy on mouse Ehrlich ascites tumor cells (abbreviated as EAC cells). We observed the first, 4.6, and 10 days after inoculation of EAC cells with Iq7613 combined with radiotherapy in vivo-in vivo methods. The sensitization effects (ER) were 0.85, 1.7O, 3.39, and 1.13, respectively. The radiosensitization of Iq7613 was most pronounced on hypoxic pressure cells on the 6th day after inoculation. Our results suggest that Iq7613 lacks Oxygen tumor cells have a selective killing effect.
