Praise is one of the most effective management methods for school principals in implementing management. Appropriate use of praise can maximally stimulate the enthusiasm and internal potential of faculty and staff so as to enhance the cohesion of the staff and promote the development of schools. However, it is not difficult for us to find that some principals have not fully used their performance in the use of praise for this management method; instead, they have brought many counter-productive effects. Although this has a great influence on the influence of the current social ethos, the deficiencies of our principals in applying this management method and technique cannot be ignored. Then, in school management, how can the principal choose to praise this?
