针对当前消失模铸造冷却过程中,冷却温度难以得到准确控制的问题,提出了采用模糊PID控制的消失模铸造砂温冷却系统优化的研究。首先,对消失模铸造过程进行了研究,分析了消失模铸造冷却温度控制的必要性。然后,根据消失模铸造冷却温度的控制要求,对温度控制系统的总体架构进行了设计,采用EM78F661N处理器作为硬件系统的核心,模糊PID算法作为软件系统的核心。最后,通过实验分析表明,设计的温度控制系统能对消失模铸造冷却温度进行准确、快速的控制,可对消失模铸造砂温冷却系统进行优化。
Aiming at the problem that the cooling temperature can not be accurately controlled during the current EPC process cooling cooling, the optimization of the EPC system sand casting temperature cooling system based on fuzzy PID control is proposed. First of all, the lost foam casting process was studied, and the necessity of controlling the cooling temperature of the lost foam casting was analyzed. Then, according to the control requirements of the EPC temperature, the overall architecture of the temperature control system is designed. The EM78F661N processor is used as the core of the hardware system. The fuzzy PID algorithm is the core of the software system. Finally, the experimental analysis shows that the designed temperature control system can accurately and quickly control the cooling temperature of the lost foam casting, and can optimize the cooling temperature of the lost foam casting sand.
