何乃磊，著名花鸟画家，1953年出生于山东莒县，现为中国美术家协会会员，山东省美术家协会副秘书长，山东省高级人才培训中心国画教授，国家一级美术师、西安交通大学兼职教授、山东理工大学客座教授。
其作品多次参加全国美展和国内外大型画展，并多次获奖，1994年赴韩国举办个人画展，1997年赴日本举办中国画四人联展。在国际书画大赛中分别荣获金奖、一等奖、特等奖等重大荣誉。出版《何乃磊画集》、《何乃磊画选》、《何乃磊百梅画集》、《中国实力派画家何乃磊精品集》。作品编入《世界美术作品集》、《当代中国画杰出人才作品集》、《中国画百杰画家作品集》、《当代著名花鸟画家作品集》、《中国画三百家作品集》、《全国第二届花鸟画展作品集》，部分作品被人民大会堂、怀仁堂、钓鱼台、文化部、山东省人民政府办公厅、韩国大使馆收藏。国画梅花《喜迎东风》被悬挂在人民大会堂二楼大厅，牡丹《国色天香》悬挂于中南海宴会厅等。中央电视台、中央电台、山东卫视对其进行了专题报道。
Appreciation of Paintings by He Nailei
He Nailei is a famous artist of flower-and-bird paintings. His works have been displayed many times at the larger painting exhibitions at home and abroad and have been awarded prizes. In 1994, he hosted a personal painting exhibition in Korea. In 1997, he and four other painters held an exhibition of Chinese paintings in Japan. In the international calligraphy and painting competitions, he has won many prizes and honors over the years.
