我国是以粮谷类为主食的,现已知食物在成批生产、必要的精制加工和贮藏过程中,会混入有害的微量元素和损失一些必需的微量元素。为了了解进口面粉与国产面粉中微量元素的含量,我们抽取了加拿大、日本、美国、英国,香港5个国家和地区生产的7种面粉,与国内的标准粉、精粉比较。参照1567(面粉),1568(米粉)标样。请北京原子能研究院,采用中子活化分析方法,测定了15种微量元素的含量。
