【abstract】 objective to study the application effect of intraoperative thermal insulation combined with optimal nursing measures in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cervix carcinoma. Methods 63 patients with laparoscopic radical cervix carcinoma were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The routine group （31 cases） received routine nursing care， and the intervention group （32 cases） received intraoperative thermal insulation combined optimal nursing care.
