唾液酸(Sialic acid SA)又称N-乙酰神经氨酸(NANA),是真核细胞膜上糖蛋白的主要成份,它附着在肿瘤细胞的表面,从而影响细胞的粘附、聚积、抗原的表达及对肿瘤的发生和转移都起着重要作用。由于患有恶性肿瘤时,肿瘤细胞表面的SA增加,导致血清中SA含量增高。故测定血清SA对恶性肿瘤的诊断、病情的监测、疗效的观察有着一定的价值。现将我院1991年3月~1992年1月检测的83例恶性肿瘤患者血清唾液酸结果报告如下。材料与方法一、检测对象
Sialic acid (SA), also known as N-acetylneuraminic acid (NANA), is a major component of glycoproteins on the membrane of eukaryotic cells. It attaches to the surface of tumor cells and affects cell adhesion, accumulation, and antigen expression. And it plays an important role in the occurrence and metastasis of tumors. Due to the presence of malignant tumors, SA on the surface of tumor cells increases, resulting in increased serum SA levels. Therefore, the determination of serum SA has a certain value in the diagnosis of malignant tumors, the monitoring of the condition, and the observation of the efficacy. The results of serum sialic acid in 83 patients with malignant tumors examined in our hospital from March 1991 to January 1992 are reported below. Materials and Methods First, test objects
