本文应用酶组化方法对胃粘液腺癌葡葡糖-6-磷酸酶(G6Pase)、焦磷酸硫胺素酶(TPPase)和酸性磷酸酶(AcPase)进行了光镜及电镜定位观察。结果表明:胃粘液腺癌细胞形态与功能不相协调,可能与其畸形分化过程有关;溶酶体数量的大量增加为其易于转移提供了必要的形态学基础。材料与方法取胃粘液腺癌外科新鲜手术标本9例,在癌组织及正常胃体粘膜取材,作连续非固定冰冻
In this paper, the gastric mucosal adenocarcinoma Glucose-6-phosphatase (G6Pase), TPPase, and acid phosphatase (AcPase) were observed by light and electron microscopy. The results showed that the morphology and function of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma cells were not coordinated, which may be related to the process of abnormal differentiation. The large increase of lysosomes provided a necessary morphological basis for its easy transfer. Materials and Methods Surgical fresh surgical specimens of gastric mucinous adenocarcinoma were obtained in 9 cases. The specimens were obtained from cancer tissues and normal gastric mucous membranes for continuous non-immobilized freezing.
