May you find serenity[平静] and tranquility[宁静] in a world
You may not always understand.
May the pain you have known and conflict[冲突] you have experienced
Give you the strength to walk through life
Facing each new situation with courage and optimism[乐观].
Always know that there are those whose love and understanding
Will always be there, even when you feel most alone
May you discover enough goodness in others
To believe in a world of peace.
May a kind word, a reassuring[可靠的] touch, a warm smile be yours
Every day of your life,
And may you give these gifts as well as receive them.
Remember the sunshine when the storm seems unending.
Teach love to those who know hate,
And let that love embrace[拥抱] you as you go into the world.
May the teaching of those you admire become part of you,
So that you may call upon[号召，引出] them.
Remember, those whose lives you have touched
And who have touched yours are always a part of you,
Even if the encounters were less than you would have wished.
It is the content of the encounter that is more important than it’s form.
May you not become too concerned with material matters,
But instead place immeasurable[不能衡量的] value on the goodness in your heart.
Find time in each day to see the beauty and love in the world around you.
Realize that each person has limitless abilities,
But each of us is different in our own way.
What you may feel you lack in one regard
May be more than compensated[补偿] for in another.
What you feel you lack in the present
May become one of your strengths in the future.
May you see your future as one filled with promise and possibility.
Learn to view everything as a worthwhile experience.
May you find enough inner strength to determine your own worth by yourself,
And not be dependent on another’s judgement of your accomplishments[造诣].
May you always feel loved.
纵然世事未可一一洞明，
愿君寻获一 片宁静乐土。
痛苦挣扎一一历练，
愿君获得力量迈步人生路，
鼓起勇气乐观面对新挑战。
即使孤寂至甚，
仍旧相信，世上有爱，理解常在。
愿君尽见人性美善，
相信和睦共处，世界大同。
愿宽慰善言、舒心触抚、暖意笑容
与君相随每一天，
愿君既享福惠，亦不吝施予。
即使暴风肆虐不止，亦心怀灿烂阳光。
向仇恨之心散播爱的种子，
愿君待人涉世满怀此爱。
愿君师人之长为己用，
以及己所施。
谨记，触动他人抑或受人触动，
即便人缘未广众如愿，
总有所得随君一生。
毕竟，所遇之实胜于其形。
愿君莫倾心物欲之诱，
应重心灵求索，从善如流。
每日不忘发掘身边之美善爱意。
明白人皆拥有无限潜能，
而独到之处不尽相同。
或有欠缺一面，
总有另处补足。
此时之短，
或为来日之长。
愿君视前路希望机遇满途。
学会视一切为值得之经历。
