作者以往的研究显示各种维甲酸能调整免疫淋巴细胞或脾细胞诱导的血管生成及肿瘤伴有的血管生成。依曲替酸是依曲替酯的主要代谢物,本文应用依曲替酸,估价其对三种肿瘤细胞系诱导的血管生成的效应,及其与应用时期、持续时间的关系,另外对肿瘤生长的作用与依曲替酯作比较。实验采用三种肿瘤细胞系为:Hela 细胞系,具有 HPV 18基因组;SKVt(致癌)细胞系,具有 HPV16基因组;Muri-ne L-1肉瘤细胞株。依曲替酸和依曲替酯5mg/kg 鼠体重,注射入腹腔,对照组用
The author’s previous studies showed that various retinoids can modulate angiogenesis induced by immune lymphocytes or spleen cells and tumor angiogenesis. Acitretin is the major metabolite of etretinate. The effect of it on the angiogenesis induced by the three tumor cell lines is estimated here, and its relationship with the application period and duration, and also on the tumor. The effect of growth was compared with etretinate. Three tumor cell lines were used: Hela cell line with HPV 18 genome; SKVt (oncogenic) cell line with HPV16 genome; Muri-ne L-1 sarcoma cell line.
