我校从1984年开始,在进行管理体制改革试点的同时,坚持以科研为先导,以教研为基础,不断深化教学改革,保持教学水平的稳步提高。在教改中,我们基本上是按照“学习——实验——推广”的步骤,学校与科研部门结合,分层次反复进行实验,以科研带动教学改革。一、学习教育理论根据教学改革需要,我校组织大家学习教育理论,采取三种方式: (一)领导、骨干教师带头办专题讲座。由领导干部、骨干教师商定专题,先学一步,然后结合实际向全体教师介绍。其中着重介绍了赞科夫《教学与儿童发展的几个原则》、布鲁纳的《教学论》《记忆规律》等。
Since 1984, our school has been adhering to the pilot of the management system reform, insisting on scientific research as the guide, based on teaching and research, continuously deepening teaching reforms, and steadily improving teaching standards. In the education reform, we basically follow the “learning-experiment-to-promote” steps, combining the school with the scientific research department, repeating experiments at different levels, and using scientific research to promote teaching reform. First, the theory of learning education According to the needs of teaching reform, our school organizes everyone to study the theory of education and adopts three methods: (1) Leading and key teachers take the lead to hold special lectures. The leading cadres and key teachers agreed on the topic, first learned one step, and then introduced it to all teachers in the light of reality. Among them, Zankov’s “Several Principles of Teaching and Child Development,” Bruner’s “Theory of Teaching,” “The Law of Memory,” etc. were highlighted.
