Humanistic psychology that teaching should be student-centered, full respect for students, believe in students. The teacher’s role is not a student mentor, a communicator of knowledge, but a student friend, a consultant who studies knowledge. The teacher’s task is to create a classroom atmosphere that promotes student learning, stimulate students’ curiosity, demonstrate their independence and creativity, and encourage students to solve their own problems. Situational teaching emphasizes the common participation and activities of teachers and students.
