阻抑细胞(suppressor cells)可削弱抗肿瘤免疫反应;肿瘤生长和转移与宿主出现阻抑细胞有关。阻抑细胞表面存在玩型组胺受体。组胺是人和动物中阻抑细胞的强力激活剂,而这种激活作用能被H,受体对抗剂甲氰咪脏所阻断。本文在Lewis肺癌小鼠(3 LL)中研究甲氰咪肌对阻抑细胞功能、肿瘤转移发展以及宿主生存期的作用。方法:3LL肿瘤细胞悬液(1 xl沪)一次注入6周龄C57BL/6雄性小鼠的右后足蹼。注后7~9夭肿瘤最大径达7 .srorn时,麻醉动物,切下右足及邻近的胭淋
Suppressor cells can attenuate anti-tumor immune responses; tumor growth and metastasis are associated with suppressor cells in the host. Play-type histamine receptors are repressed on the surface of cells. Histamine is a potent activator of suppressor cells in humans and animals, and this activation can be blocked by H, the receptor antagonist, cimetidine. This study investigated the role of cimetidine in inhibiting cell function, tumor metastasis development, and host survival in Lewis lung cancer mice (3 LL). METHODS: 3LL tumor cell suspensions (1 xl Hu) were injected once into the right hind paw of 6-week old C57BL/6 male mice. After 7 to 9 days after the injection, the maximum tumor size was 7 .srorn. Animals were anesthetized and the right foot and the adjacent mole were cut off.
