哈尔滨直属库由于仓容不足,没有足够的空仓期进行通风系统改造,需要进行实仓通风改造。历经半年的试验探索,成功地研制通风和排粮转换装置,将整个装置通过筒仓排粮管打入筒仓内,带孔通风管达1.4~2.1m,通风阻力非常小,甚至可以进行自然通风。将原筒仓顶部闲置多年的3 k W离心风机进行改造,用在底部通风,粮面表观风速达到0.02 m/s,是平房仓降温最低风速0.01 m/s的2倍,单位通风量达到8.15 m3/(h·t),效果非常理想。
