酒店宾客服务中心是酒店中的重要部门;是宾客与酒店沟通的媒介;是信息流动、对客服务、内外协调的关键。因此,提高宾客服务中心员工的协调意识是酒店高效运营、有序发展的重要环节。
The hotel guest service center is an important department in the hotel. It is the medium for guests to communicate with the hotel. It is the key to information flow, customer service and internal and external coordination.
