在黑龙江省中小学校长培训工作领导小组的直接指导和关怀下,我市认真贯彻执行中组部、国家教委、省教委的一系列文件精神,坚持培训工作为提高校长的政治业务素质和实际管理能力服务,为提高中小学教育质量和管理水平促进教育改革与发展服务的方向,结合我市教育改革与发展的实际,紧紧围绕教育的中心工作,扎实开展培训工作。五年来共举办岗位培训班56个,培训中小学校长1521人,至1995年底,全市中小学校长都取得了培训合格证,培训合格率达100%。从1996年3月1日起,我市中小学校长实行持证上岗。
Under the direct guidance and care of the leading group for the training of headmasters of primary and secondary schools in Heilongjiang Province, the city earnestly implements the spirit of a series of documents issued by the Central Organization Department, the State Education Commission, and the Provincial Education Commission, and persists in training to improve the principal’s political professional quality and practical management. Capacity services, to improve the education quality and management level of primary and secondary schools to promote the direction of education reform and development services, combined with the reality of education reform and development in our city, closely centered on the center of education, and conduct solid training. In the past five years, 56 job training courses have been held and 1,521 primary and secondary school principals have been trained. By the end of 1995, all primary and secondary school principals of the city had obtained training certificates, and the passing rate of training reached 100%. Since March 1, 1996, the principals of primary and secondary schools in our city have applied for certificates.
