教师最重要的是什么?很多人会说,我们的教师应该有学识、有才智,有最高的授课水平、最吸引人的幽默风趣等等,不一而足。笔者从事小学教育三十九年,从观察思索和自身努力都认为教师尤其是小学教师最重要的还是师德的修炼,而在师德诸要素中,又以三颗心的修炼最为要紧。拥有这三颗“心”才会受学生欢迎和爱戴,才能在成就学生的同时成就教师自己。教师的成功就是对学生最大的激励。 What is the most important teacher?
