在HgCdTe晶体的LPE生长过程中,汞的挥发将造成母液成分与工艺条件的不断变化,其结果甚至导致整个长晶工艺的失败。本工艺的特点是使汞蒸气压在LPE长晶管内持续地进行回流,从而达到维持母液内汞原子含量不变的目的。
During the growth of LPE in HgCdTe crystals, the volatilization of mercury will cause the composition and process conditions of the mother liquor to change constantly. As a result, it may even lead to the failure of the entire growth process. The characteristic of this process is that the mercury vapor pressure is continuously refluxed in the LPE long crystal tube to achieve the purpose of maintaining the content of mercury atoms in the mother liquid.
