研究了不同温度,光照条件对海蜇螅状体生长及足囊繁殖和横裂生殖的影响。结果表明,适宜的营养和环境条件有利于海蜇蟪状体足囊繁殖,2组实验中螅状幼体出现横裂的个数均随实验天数的增加有增长趋势。2组实验最后的横裂率分别达到83.33%和87.50%;形成4~6个碟状体的螅状幼体在Ⅰ、Ⅱ组中所占比例均在50%左右;Ⅰ组横裂过程经历时间集中在4~6天,Ⅱ组横裂过程经历时间多为2~4天。横裂释放完毕之后在最后一个裂节下方的亲本螅状体再生的触手数目可基本确定为8个,由8触手到16触手的转变过程中长势显著。
The effects of different temperature and light conditions on the growth of jellyfish jellyfish and the propagation of podocyte and transverse cell were studied. The results showed that suitable nutrition and environmental conditions were favorable for the propagation of the jellyfish jellyfish pouch. The numbers of transverse larvae in the jock shrimp larvae in both groups increased with the increase of the experimental days. The rate of transverse cleavage in the two groups reached 83.33% and 87.50%, respectively. The percentage of the juvenile larvae that formed 4 ~ 6 discoid was about 50% in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The duration of transverse cleavage in group Ⅰ Concentrated in 4 to 6 days, Ⅱ group transverse process experienced more than 2 to 4 days. The number of tentacles regenerated after the last split was almost 8 after the release of transverse rupture, and the change from 8 tentacles to 16 tentacles was significant.
