新世纪的教育是全面创新的教育,创新已成为时代的要求,是一个民族生存、发展与进步的灵魂,培养具有创新能力的人才是21世纪教育的主题和最显著的特征。本文阐述了大学英语教师在教学过程中应采用创新教育模式培养具有创新能力的人才。首先,教师自身要具备创新精神;其次,要唤起学生的创新意识;再次,要培养学生的创新思维能力;最后,要开展丰富多彩的课外活动,让学生开始真正的创新活动。
Education in the new century is a comprehensive and innovative education. Innovation has become a requirement of the times and a soul of survival, development and progress of a nation. It is the theme and most notable feature of education in the 21st century to cultivate creative talents. This article elaborates that college English teachers should adopt innovative education mode to cultivate creative talents. First of all, teachers should have their own innovative spirit; second, to arouse the students ’sense of innovation; Thirdly, to cultivate students’ creative thinking ability; Finally, to carry out a variety of extracurricular activities for students to start a real innovation activities.
