目的在陕西省按照国家布鲁菌病(简称布病)监测方案,选择监测点开展监测工作,了解布病感染情况。方法根据《全国布鲁氏菌病监测方案(试行)》,结合陕西省实际情况,对国家布病监测方案,适时进行修订,采用在流行病调查摸底的基础上,以血清学检测及病原分离的方法开展调查监测。结果2005—2008年布病平均感染率为7.01%,榆林市感染率最高,流行菌株为羊1、羊3型布鲁杆菌。结论陕西省布病疫情呈现逐年上升趋势,现行监测方案应增加可操作性,使监测数据更加科学可靠。
Objective To select monitoring points for monitoring in accordance with the national brucellosis monitoring program in Shaanxi Province and to understand the prevalence of brucellosis. Results The average prevalence of brucellosis in 2005-2008 was 7.01%, and the highest infection rate was in Yulin City. The epidemic strain was Brucella 1 and 3. Conclusion The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Shaanxi Province shows an upward trend year by year. The current monitoring program should increase the maneuverability and make the monitoring data more scientific and reliable.
