自从我国1999年中共中央国务院颁布了《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》,其中我国就对实施素质教育做了一系列的要求,并且素质教育要求不仅仅要有全面性、发展性、自主性、全体性、基础性,还要有素质教育的开放性。素质教育的开放性要求从教育的空间和教育渠道上来讲,素质教育不应局限于学校教育、课本教育、课内教育,开放性的课堂应该是拓宽原有教育教学空间,真正地建立起学校、家庭、社会之间的联系,形成教育网络,使得每个孩子都能够享受生动、活泼、健康的教育模式。
