目的研究羊开口扦插繁殖的最佳条件。方法通过4因素3水平正交试验,以生根率、生根数、平均根长和生根指数为指标,研究不同浸泡时间、插穗、激素种类、激素浓度对羊开口扦插生根的影响。在此基础上通过双因素和单因素试验基本摸清羊开口扦插的特性。结果插穗对羊开口成活率影响最大。当浸泡时间为18 h、嫩枝、激素种类为IBA、处理浓度为0.1 mmo1/L时,羊开口扦插的生根效果最好。结论根据羊开口扦插试验最优组合,可进行羊开口规模化生产,为企业原药材繁育提供技术服务。
Objective To study the optimal conditions for cuttage propagation of sheep. Methods The effects of different soaking time, cuttings, hormones and hormones on the rooting of cuttings of sheep were studied by means of 4 factors and 3 levels orthogonal test. The rooting rate, rooting number, average root length and rooting index were used as indexes. On the basis of this two-factor and single-factor experiments basically find out the characteristics of sheep’s cuttings. Results Cuttings had the greatest impact on the survival rate of sheep. When the soaking time was 18 h, the shoots and hormone species were IBA, the rooting effect of sheep cuttings was the best when the treatment concentration was 0.1 mmo1 / L. Conclusion According to the optimal combination of sheep cuttage test, large-scale production of sheep cuttings can be carried out and technical services can be provided for breeding original medicinal materials of enterprises.
