Aim: To enhance the quality and efficiency of Ozagrel by investigating the differences among the Ozagrel polymorphs in bioavailability.Methods: Solid Ozagrel in different forms were orally administered to rats, and an HPLC method was established to determine plasma level of metabolite-Ozagrel and the bioavailability was analyzed.
