SiO2溶胶和Al(H2PO4)3封孔处理对等离子喷涂Fe基合金涂层性能的影响

  分别采用SiO2溶胶和Al(H2PO4)3对等离子喷涂Fe基涂层进行封孔.对两种封孔剂进行了差热(TG-DSC)分析,并制定了涂层的封孔工艺.采用扫面电镜和能谱对封孔剂在涂层表面分布状态进行了分析;采用X射线应力测定仪测试了涂层封孔前后的残余应力;采用电化学极化曲线测试了涂层封孔前后的耐腐蚀性能.研究结果表明:涂层封孔后在其表面形成一层封孔剂膜层,封孔剂通过涂层孔隙进入到涂层内部,封闭效果良好;涂层经两种封孔剂封孔处理后,涂层拉应力降低明显,由291MPa分别降低到45MPa和105MPa;封孔处理后涂层的自腐蚀电位均有所提高,自腐蚀速度降低明显,Al(H2PO4)3封孔涂层表现出更好的耐腐蚀性能,自腐蚀电流为1.399×10-6A/cm2,比未封孔涂层提高了70%以上.
