This research study has identified and examined four important factors related to personality of employees and organization having impact on the employees voluntary job turnover intention working in telecom companies of Pakistan.The major objective of the study is to investigate the relationship of better career growth opportunities, ethical and moral leadership qualities, better compensation packages and organization support for its employees on the intention to leave the company or on job leaving intentions of workers.In order to examine and investigate this primary data was collected from 335 employees working in telecom companies.The personally administered questionnaire is used for the collection of data.In order to examine and investigate the relationship of the explanatory factors with the dependent variable of the study linear regression analysis and Pearson Correlation analysis has been applied in SPSS.The results suggest that better career growth opportunities, moral and ethical leadership,organization support and help for employees and better compensation packages helps to reduces the employee tumover ratio.The results of all these factors have negative impact on employee turnover intentions.As a result of this, this research endeavors to fill the gap regarding human resource management practices to reduce turnover of telecom companies of Pakistan.Small sample size and limited variables is limitation in generalizing the results of this study.At the end of the study, conclusions, policy implications and recommendations are given in detail.
