本文讨论了系统的最优维修策略问题 ,考虑到题目中所涉及的变量大多为随机变量 ,我们建立了单目标的期望值模型 .并利用计算机采用穷举搜索法求解得第一种情况最优解为每生产 1 8个零件检查 1次 ,当检查到 2 0次时更换刀具 ,这时生产单个零件的最低平均费用为 4 .62元 .最后 ,我们指出了模型中一些未考虑的因素 ,分析了这些因素可能对模型产生的影响 ,并提出了模型的改进方案 .
In this paper, we discuss the optimal maintenance strategy of the system. Considering that most of the variables involved in the subject are random variables, we establish a single-objective expectation model and solve the first optimal solution by using computer exhaustive search 1 inspection for each of the 18 parts produced and 20 tools for the replacement of the tool when 20 inspections were detected, in which case the minimum average cost of producing the individual parts was $ 4.62 Finally, we pointed out some unidentified factors in the model, analyzed The influence that these factors may have on the model and the improvement plan of the model are put forward.
