近年来,超高频晶体管的性能已明显地提高,已经出现了能驱动行波管的器件。更重要的是用于相空阵雷达的大功率晶体管。在一个系统中就需大量的器件,在特性和需要两方面正为市场的要求提供坦途。在低噪声放大、大功率、振荡、逻辑及其分支方面应用的器件的设计已成为不可缺少的,器件在各种条件下的分析报告已有为数不少的报导。这些分析中,人们可以按器件的工作条件迅速正确地进行最佳设计,但这种设计如何与制造技术的动向或进步相适应地把握重点则是问题所在。
In recent years, the performance of ultra-high frequency transistors has been significantly improved, there have been devices that can drive traveling wave tube. More important is the high-power transistor used for phase space radar. Requiring a large number of devices in a system is just as smooth as the market demands in terms of features and needs. Design of devices used in low noise amplification, high power, oscillation, logic and their branches has become indispensable. There have been quite a few reports on the analysis of devices under various conditions. In these analyzes, one can quickly and correctly design the right design for the device’s working conditions, but it is the question of how this design can be aligned with the trends or advances in manufacturing technology.
