有人用持续释放型异搏定(Calan SR)治疗1例冠心病伴迷走神经切断术后的腹泻患者,2天内胃肠道症状消失。为确定其疗效,作者用本药治疗7例迷走神经切断术后综合征患者。 One patient with diarrhea after coronary artery disease with vagotomy was treated with sustained release of verapamil (Calan SR), and gastrointestinal symptoms disappeared within 2 days.
