精矿过滤是整个选矿流程的重要组成部分,但是,几十年来,过滤技术的理论与实践进展缓慢。近年由于能源短缺和环境保护的需要,导致对固-液分离技术提出更高要求。为此,国外就改进过滤工艺;制造新型过滤机、真空泵、滤液缸;研制新式滤布等方面进行了研究,均取得了一定成效。微细物料过滤技术的研究仍然较少,多半采用添加助滤剂(电解质)的方法,以促进微粒团聚,减少矿浆粘性和提高过滤速度,从而改善过滤过程。各国使用的助滤剂种类繁多,一般都有一定的效果。使用的滤布包括棉织物、毛织物、丝织物和化学纤维织物。过滤理论研究也有了新的进展。现将国外微细粒精矿过滤技术的进展叙述如下:
Concentrate filtration is an important part of the beneficiation process, but the theory and practice of filtration technology have been slow for decades. In recent years due to energy shortage and environmental protection needs, leading to solid-liquid separation technology put forward higher requirements. To this end, foreign countries to improve the filtration process; manufacture of new filters, vacuum pumps, filtrate cylinder; development of new filter cloth and other aspects of the study, have achieved some success. There is still little research on microfiltration technology. Mostly, the method of adding filter aid (electrolyte) is used to improve the filtration process by promoting the agglomeration of particles, reducing the viscosity of pulp and increasing the filtration speed. A wide range of filter aids used in various countries, generally have a certain effect. The filter cloths used include cotton fabrics, wool fabrics, silk fabrics and chemical fiber fabrics. The filtering theory research has also made new progress. Now the progress of foreign fine particle concentrate filtration technology is described as follows:
