制作一个高增益、高精度、低漂移的测量放大器是测试工作者最感棘手的一个问题。由于非电量测量传感器输出的信号大部分为微伏级。因此对测量放大器的要求就是高增益、低漂移及抗干扰性强。否则测量难以实现。最近遥测技术的发展要求将传感器信号直接转换成数字信号,即将传感器与测量放大器、A/D转换器、高频放大器制作在一起。因而要求测量放大器线路既要简单而技术指标又不能降低。
Making a high-gain, high-accuracy, low-drift measurement amplifier is one of the toughest test labs. Due to non-power measurement sensor output signal is mostly micro-volts. Therefore, the requirements of the measurement amplifier is high gain, low drift and strong anti-interference. Otherwise the measurement is difficult to achieve. The recent development of telemetry technology requires the sensor signal is directly converted to digital signals, the upcoming sensor and measurement amplifier, A / D converter, high frequency amplifier together. Thus requires measurement amplifier circuit is simple and technical indicators can not be reduced.
