目的 :了解自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 (AITD)患者白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)与其发病、复发的关系。方法 :观察一组AITD患者治疗前后及复发患者游离T3 (FT3 )、游离T4(FT4)、促甲状腺素 (TSH)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体 (TGA)、抗甲状腺微粒体抗体 (TMA)、IL - 6、TNF -α水平。结果 :AITD中甲状腺功能亢进时TGA、TMA、IL - 6、TNF -α水平升高 ,抗甲状腺药物 (ATD)治疗后FT3 、FT4水平恢复正常 ,TGA、TMA下降 ,IL - 6、TNF -α水平下降。ATD停药后 7例复发甲亢FT3 、FT4水平升高 ,IL- 6、TNF -α水平也升高 ,再次给予ATD治疗 3月后FT3 、FT4水平恢复正常 ,IL - 6、TNF -α水平下降。结论 :细胞因子参与AITD的发生和发展过程 ,与AITD的免疫紊乱和功能状态异常间存在十分重要的内在联系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between interleukin - 6 (IL - 6), tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF - α) and the pathogenesis and recurrence of patients with autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD). Methods: The levels of FT3, FT4, TSH, TGA, TMA and IL-6 in patients with AITD were measured before and after treatment. - 6, TNF-α levels. Results: The levels of TGA, TMA, IL - 6 and TNF - α increased in hyperthyroidism patients with AITD. The levels of FT3 and FT4 returned to normal after TdT treatment, the TGA and TMA decreased, the levels of IL - 6 and TNF - α Level down. After ATD withdrawal, the levels of FT3 and FT4 increased, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α also increased in 7 patients with recurrent hyperthyroidism after ATD withdrawal. The levels of FT3 and FT4 returned to normal after 3-month ATD treatment, and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased . CONCLUSION: The involvement of cytokines in the development and progression of AITD is intrinsically linked to the immunological disorders and dysfunction of AITD.
