“上海外贸要有大的突破,必须树立‘大外贸’的观念,寻找新的增长点。”这是上海市外经贸委副主任苗耕书在日前举行的新闻通气会上所透露的。 苗耕书说,1995年上海市的出口总值将肯定突破110亿美元(截止到11月底是106亿美元),这个数字比八五规划中的70亿美元高出许多。到九五规划的最后一年即2000年,上海的出口总值能不熊达到200亿美元,如果能保持14—15％的年均增长率,应该说是完全可能的,这个目标若实现了,那么到2010年出口800亿美元也不是办不到的。
