在为期一个月的德国职教培训中,我们都感到德国的职教经验有很多值得学习的地方。对职教教师来讲,可以马上尝试起来的,则是德国职教中的行动导向教学模式。行动导向教学模式以“培养学生全面的职业行为能力”为目标,倡导多种教学策略与方法,鼓励学生彻底地、完整地运用手、心、脑等多种感官去学习,追求学生专业技能、方法能力、事务能力和社会能力的并举兼得:主张师生的双向互动,真正实现教学主体由教师向学生的转变,由教学行为向学习行为的转变:围绕教学任务或单元,设计出一个个情境及其活动,一个个行动导向、技术及其方法,并使所有学生共同参加任务,承担不同角色:通常以小组为单位组织学习,充分调动学
